Who can use SodaPeach

You must be at least 18 years old. You must give accurate account information and keep access to your Google or X account secure.

What SodaPeach is

SodaPeach provides conversations with fictional, AI-generated characters. Characters are not people, professionals, or emergency services. Their replies can be inaccurate or unexpected.

Your use

You may not use SodaPeach for illegal sexual content, sexual content involving anyone under 18, non-consensual exploitation, trafficking, real-person sexual impersonation, credible threats, or instructions that facilitate serious harm. We may restrict accounts to protect users and the service.

Your conversations

You keep your rights in what you write. You give SodaPeach permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the service. You can delete conversations through the product, subject to disclosed legal and safety retention.

Paid access

Some use requires a subscription. Final prices, renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment-processor terms will be shown before checkout.

Availability

The service may change, fail, or be interrupted. The final launch terms will include the complete warranty, liability, dispute, and termination provisions.
